马克思主义理论学科与思政课教师后备人才培养若干重大关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Marxist Theory and the Cultivation of Reserve Talents of Ideological and Political Teachers

建好建强马克思主义理论学科人才队伍,加强思政课教师后备人才培养,需要在实践中研究解决若干重大关系问题。一是在思政课教师个体成长方面,要正确认识和处理学位学历、年龄资历、人生阅历的关系,时空眼界、人生境界、创业边界的关系,专业实力、职业能力、事业定力的关系,坚定信仰、树立信念、增强信心的关系;二是在学科人才培养和思政课教师队伍整体建设与职能发挥方面,要正确认识和处理思政职能、育人功能、知行效能的关系,个体突破、团队协同、梯队支撑的关系,政治统领、学术创新、德行示范的关系;三是要把学科科研作为人才培养和思政课教师队伍建设的结合点,正确认识和处理教学相长、教研相长、研用相长的关系,坐冷板凳、磨脚底板、用脑瓜子的关系,以及在马克思主义理论研究上扎根基础、瞄准前沿、善于交叉的关系。

It is necessary to study and solve some important problems in practice to build and strengthen the talent team of Marxist theory discipline and strengthen the cultivation of reserve talents of ideological and political course teachers.Firstly,in the aspect of individual growth of ideological and political teachers,we should correctly understand and deal with the relationship among academic certificates and qualifications,age and life experience,the relationship among time and space vision,life realm and entrepreneurial boundary,the relationship among professional strength,professional ability and career determination,strengthen belief,establish faith and enhance confidence.Secondly,in talent training and the overall construction of ideological and political course teachers,we should correctly understand and deal with the relationship among ideological and political function,education function,knowledge and practice efficiency,the relationship among individual breakthrough,team cooperation and echelon support,the relationship among political leadership,academic innovation and moral demonstration.Thirdly,we should regard scientific research as the combination point of talent cultivation and ideological and political course teacher team construction,correctly understand and handle the relationship among teaching and learning,teaching and research,research and application,the relationship among sitting on the cold bench,grinding feet and using the seeds of brain,and the relationship among taking root in the theoretical research of Marxism,aiming at the frontier and being good at crossing.
