“双循环”经济背景下北京居民休闲消费问题研究

Research on Leisure Consumption of Beijing Residents under the Background of“ Double Cycle”Economy

2011年和2016年的北京居民休闲消费调查数据的研究显示,北京居民休闲消费发展良好,但增速较缓,存在着尚未形成正确的休闲消费观、城乡居民休闲消费水平差距较大、休闲消费环境有待提高、休闲产业结构不够合理和社会保障体系不够完善等问题。为促进居民休闲消费,应树立科学健康休闲消费观念、平衡城乡居民休闲消费水平、营造良好的休闲消费环境、优化休闲供给结构、建立合理的休假制度、完善社会保障体系,助推“双循环”经济背景下的居民消费升级。

Based on the survey data of Beijing residents leisure consumption in 2011 and 2016,the research shows that residents leisure consumption is developing well,but the growth rate is low.There still exist some problems,such as correct leisure consumption concept not formed yet,the large gap between urban and rural residents leisure consumption level,the need to improve the leisure consumption environment,the unreasonable leisure industrial structure and the imperfect social security system.In order to promote the residents leisure consumption,we should establish scientific and healthy leisure consumption concept,balance the leisure consumption between urban and rural residents,create a good leisure consumption environment,optimize the leisure supply structure,establish a reasonable vacation system,and improve the social security system to boost consumption upgrading.
