The Open University Malaysia(OUM)is the first and biggest open university in Malaysia.OUM adopts a unique school-running model of public-private combination,actively applies technology to promote flexible learning,and always focuses on serving adult learners.It also possesses its own characteristics in overseas cooperation.The experience of OUM would definitely bring enlightenment to open universities in China,especially in optimizing school running mechanism,technology application,learning support services and internationalization.
