摘要
网络教育是高校面向成人学习者开展的的学历继续教育,学习者通过网络教学平台自主学习,其学习效果受到多方面因素的影响。该研究以北京M大学为个案,从学习者特征分析的视角出发,主要采用Logistic回归模型探讨了不同特征因素对学习成绩的影响效应,对影响效应的原因进行了分析,由此提出了教学建议。研究发现:成人学习者的学习会受到自身个体以及社会实践因素的影响,学习者的先前特征会影响学习效果;学习者的学习动机、学习方式以及学习交流方式会显著影响学习效果,实时交互对学习效果的影响效应最大;不同类型课程的学习效果影响因素有所不同,适宜的学习方式也不同。为此,高校应从学习者特征分析出发,让教学符合学生需求,强化教与学交互,构建全方位的学习评价体系,并通过教学管理制度加强对学生的引导。
Network education is a kind of continuing education for adult learners.Learners learn independently through network teaching platform,and their learning effect is affected by many factors.This study takes Beijing M University as an example,from the perspective of the analysis of the characteristics of learners,mainly uses logistic regression model to explore the effect of different characteristics on learning achievement,analyzes the reasons for the effect,and puts forward teaching suggestions.The results show that:Adult earners’learning will be affected by their own individual and social practice factors,and the previous characteristics of learners will affect the learning effect;learners’learning motivation,learning style and learning communication style will significantly affect the learning effect,and real-time interaction has the greatest impact on the learning effect;different types of courses have different influencing factors,and the appropriate learning style is also different.Therefore,colleges and universities should start from the analysis of the characteristics of learners,make teaching meet the needs of students,strengthen the interaction between teaching and learning,build a comprehensive learning evaluation system,and strengthen the guidance of students through the teaching management system.
