高校公共艺术教育的回归和优化

The Return and Optimization of Public Art Education in Universities

公共艺术教育对于高校立德树人功能的发挥具有重要的作用。当前大学公共艺术教育仍然在理念、实践、制度等方面存在发展困境,影响了公共艺术教育功能的发挥。高校公共艺术教育要重新审视发展路向,回归教书育人、以文化人的本质,在服务立德树人、提升大学品质、实现文化强国等方面发挥更加积极的功能。要破解公共艺术教育发展过程中的瓶颈问题,切实加强和提高公共艺术教育针对性、实效性,需要大学主体从公共艺术教育的政策支撑体系、课程教学体系、教师队伍体系、艺术活动体系等方面进行系统改革,建构有利于提升人才培养质量、有利于大学文化建设的公共艺术教育体系。

Public art education plays an important role in the function of establishing morality in universities.Currently it is faced with some plights in terms of its notion,practice and policy.It needs to readjust its orientation in development and returns to its essential function of education.It should play a more active role in improving the cultural quality of universities.In order to break the bottleneck in the development of public art education,universities should implement a systematic reforms in the relevant policies,curriculum,teaching staff,and art activity.
