教师视角下美国生涯与技术教育课程整合探析

Integration of American Career and Technology Education from the Perspective of Teachers

摘要 在科技主导的信息时代,如何打造学术教育、生涯与技术教育彼此融合的课堂教学模式?从社会形态的变化、哲学范式的变更及法律焦点转移三个维度入手,可以分析新时期美国生涯与学术教育整合的必要性,以及具体构建的五大原则:以生涯技术课程为整合基石,以知识交叉点形成的学术教师与生涯技术教师“结合体”为纽带,以学术知识架构、学术理论与实践应用为精髓,以生涯与技术教育体系的学术教师为关键,以微创新策略驱动学术知识为突破口,努力降低美国职业教育辍学率、激发学生学习兴趣、为社会培养全面发展的“职业人”。 In order to create a classroom teaching mode that integrates academic education,career and technical education in the technology-led information era,we choose to start with the dimensions of changes in social formation,changes in philosophical paradigms,and shifts in legal focus.In the construction of such a teaching mode,five principles must be observed:taking the career technology curriculum as the cornerstone of integration;taking as the bond the combination of academic teachers and career technology teachers formed at the intersection of knowledge;taking as the core the academic knowledge framework,academic theory and application;regarding as the key aspect the staff of the career and technical education system;taking as a breakthrough the micro-innovation-driven academic knowledge.
