“城市人”视角下社区营建模式满意度研究——以大连市泉水居住片区为例

Satisfaction Research on Community Construction Model Based from the Perspective of Homo-Urbanicus:Taking Quanshui Residence Area of Dalian as an Example

居民对更高生活质量的需求与人居环境的实际服务水平的失配已成为我国社区营建的主要问题。本文从“城市人”理论中典型城市人与典型人居的匹配关系切入,以大连市泉水居住片区为案例,通过实地调研和问卷调查,从社区的公共服务设施、公共绿地、道路交通和社区管理方面对比分析不同社区营建模式下居民使用效果,根据满意度结果解读不同营建模式社区存在的问题并提出相关建议,力求为创造社会和居民利益共赢的社区营建模式提供方向。

The mismatch between residents’demand for higher life quality and the actual service level of living environment has become the main problem of community construction in China.In order to analyze the matching relationship between typical homo-urbanicus and typical human settlements from Homo-Urbanicus theory,taking Quanshui residential area in Dalian as an example,through field investigation and questionnaire survey,the paper compares and analyzes the use effects of residents in different community construction models from community’s supporting facilities,public green space,road traffic and community management,interprets the problems existing in different construction modes of communities and proposes relevant suggestions according to the satisfaction results,and strives to provide direction for the community construction model that creates social and residents benefits.
