Dimensions and Performance Impacts of Alliance Portfolio Diversity:A Literature Review of Foreign Studies

伴随着越来越多企业通过构建联盟组合实现快速成长,联盟组合多样性成为学术界关注的热点问题。通过梳理关于联盟组合研究的重点学术文献,对现有研究中涉及的联盟组合多样性维度进行剖析,侧重联盟组合资源多样性、功能多样性、治理多样性、网络地位多样性的呈现方式并对相关研究的动因进行了分析,在此基础上梳理了现有文献中联盟组合多样性对企业绩效的影响,以及不同研究所应用的视角和逻辑。藉此为未来研究探寻新的方向,并为企业联盟实践提供更具针对性的对策视角。

With more and more firms achieving rapid growth by building alliance portfolio,alliance portfolio diversity has become a hot issue in academia.By combing the foreign key academic literatures,the paper analyzes the dimensions of alliance portfolio diversity involved in the existing literatures,focusing on the presentation of alliance portfolio resource diversity,functional diversity,governance diversity,network status diversity and the motivations of studying these dimensions.Based on that,the paper sums up the impact of alliance portfolio diversity on firm performance in the existing literatures,and the perspective and logic of these literatures.The paper expects to explore new directions for future researches and provides more targeted perspectives for firms’alliance practice.
