摘要
采用拉伸试验、冲击试验和点腐蚀试验等方法研究了Cr15Ni5N型轨道车辆用不锈钢的力学性能及耐点蚀性能,并与常用的SUS301L和SUS304两种奥氏体不锈钢进行了性能对比。研究结果表明,Cr15Ni5N型的室温抗拉强度最大为824 MPa,分别比SUS301L和SUS304的高出约14.44%和10.46%;20℃时冲击功最大为138 J,比SUS301L和SUS304的高出约17.95%和14.05%;点蚀指数最大的为21.68,比SUS301L和SUS304的要高出31.95%与22.83%;30℃时的点蚀电位最大的为374 mv,比SUS301L和SUS304的要高出17.61%与13.68%。
The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Cr15Ni5N rail vehicle stainless steel were studied bytensile test,impact test and pittig corrosion test.The properties of Cr15Ni5N austenitic stainless steel were compared withSUS301L and SUS304 austenitic stainless steels.The results show that the maximum tensile strength of Crl5Ni5N is 824MPaal room temperature,which is about 14.44%and 10.46%higher than SUS301L and SUS304 respectively,the maximumimpact energy of Cr15Ni5N is 138 J at 20℃C,which is about 17.95%and 14.05%higher than SUS301L and SUS304respectively,and the maximum pitting index is 21.68,compared with SUS301L and Sus304,the pitting potential at 30℃ is 374 mv,17.61%and 13.68%higher than SUS301L and SUS304.
