摘要
阀门定位器是一个复杂非线性、时变及不确定模型系统,在针对常规PI控制器存在控制精度差、不能自适应、响应速度慢等问题,本文提出一种粒子群优化算法对比例阀定位器PI参数寻优,将无希望/重希望准则引入搜索过程,克服了PSO易陷入局部最优的问题。通过仿真实验,表明了基于PSO的电气比例阀定位器PI控制器具有能够自适应、响应速度快、控制精度高等优点,工程应用中亦表现出良好的控制性能,满足了应用需求。
The valve positioner is a complex nonlinear,time-varying and uncertain model system,In the case of conventional PI controllers,there are problems such as poor control accuracy,inability to adapt,and slow response speed.This article proposes a particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the PI parameters of the proportional valve positioner.This article introduces the hopeless/re-hope criterion into the search process.This method overcomes the problem of PSO easily falling into local optimum.Through simulation experiments,it is shown that the PSO-based electric proportional valve positioner PI controller has the advantages of self-adaptation,fast response speed,and high control accuracy.It also shows good control performance in engineering applications and meets application requirements.
