整车怠速原地换挡冲击机理及控制方法

摘要 针对某款轿车车型怠速原地换挡冲击感大的问题,进行了整车怠速原地换挡冲击试验测试和机理分析;结合换挡过程发动机扭矩、变速器涡轮转速和座椅导轨振动特征,确定了原地换挡抖动激励来源;通过动力学仿真对单位激励下动力总成—悬置系统振动响应进行计算,通过调整悬置刚度参数,明确了悬置刚度对振动响应的影响;基于上述结论,提出综合优化方案,并进行试验效果验证,最终确定不同方案的贡献度和综合改善效果,优化后换挡冲击减低57%,主观评价得分提升1.8分,换挡冲击感大幅降低。 In order to reduce the shift shock of a sedan car,the vehicle idle shift vibration experimental study and the mechanism analysis were carried out.The shift vibration source was determined com⁃bined with the engine torque,the turbo speed and the seat rail vibration.The mount parameters were op⁃timized through the dynamic simulation of powertrain-mount unit pulse response and the influence of the mount stiffness was determined.Based on the above conclusions,the final comprehensive optimiza⁃tion design was proposed and the optimization effect was verified.The contribution of different optimiza⁃tion designs and the final comprehensive optimization effect were also confirmed.The shift shock is re⁃duced 57%and the subjective evaluation score is increased by 1.8 point.
