摘要 针对经验模态(EMD)存在模态混叠和端点效应、单一峭度提取有效IMF分量精度不高的问题,提出采用集合经验模态(EEMD)得到IMF分量、采用相关系数和峭度两准则选择有用IMF分量的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。对实测滚动轴承内圈故障和外圈故障信号进行EEMD,采用优先考虑峭度值,同时兼顾相关系数的方法提取有效IMF分量,最终得到重构后信号的解调谱。结果表明:文中故障诊断方法抗噪能力强、计算效率高,对滚动轴承故障诊断具有一定的参考。 In view of the problems of mode overlapping,end-point effect in empirical mode decomposi⁃tion(EMD)and low accuracy of extracting effective IMF component from single kurtosis,a fault diagno⁃sis method of rolling bearing was proposed,which uses ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)to get IMF component and uses the correlation coefficient and kurtosis criteria to select the useful IMF component.EEMD was used to decompose the measured inner and outer ring fault signals of rolling bearing.The kurtosis value was given priority and the correlation coefficient was taken into ac⁃count to extract the effective IMF component.Finally,the demodulation spectrum of reconstructed sig⁃nal was obtained.The results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method has strong anti noise ability and high calculation efficiency,which has a certain reference for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
