Design of Signal Source for Induction Heating Power

摘要 根据感应加热电源对信号源的要求,利用FPGA设计幅频相可调的SPWM波信号源;采用CORDIC算法,实现DDS正弦信号的相幅转换;提出相位角度分段表示方法,将CORDIC算法的角度收敛范围扩大到(0,+∞)。在ModelSim中仿真表明,信号源可以产生4路两两互补、相位互差180°的SPWM波。其中输出调制度1024挡可调;输出频率10~100 Hz可调,精度为0.1 Hz;相位0~360°可调,精度为1°。在EP4CE10F17C8 FPGA上进行实际测试,实验结果表明信号源可以稳定输出感应加热电源所需信号。 According to the requirements of the induction heating power supply on the signal source,an SPWM wave signal source with adjustable amplitude,frequency and phase was designed by using FP⁃GA.The CORDIC algorithm was used to realize the phase-to-amplitude conversion of the DDS sinusoi⁃dal signal.A phase angle segmentation method was proposed to expand the angle convergence range of the CORDIC algorithm to(0,+∞).Simulations in ModelSim show that the signal source can generate 4 SPWM waves with two complementary paths and 180°phase difference.And the output modulation de⁃gree is adjustable in 1024 grades;the output frequency is adjustable from 10 Hz to 100 Hz with an accu⁃racy of 0.1 Hz;the phase is adjustable from 0°to 360°and the accuracy is 1°.Finally,the actual test is carried out on EP4CE10F17C8 FPGA.The experimental results show that the design can output the sig⁃nals required by the induction heating power supply stably.
