The current status and dilemmas of Dongfeng HUAT formula racing team operating mode were analyzed,which include that the team is short of funds and has a single source,the technical ex⁃changes between schools and enterprises are not deep enough,and input-output ratio is unbalanced.The idea of team innovation and development was proposed,including setting up project company with team as the core,expanding business scope,building professional operation team,developing entertain⁃ment equation racing field.
