活血凉血化瘀法辅助治疗过敏性紫癜肾损害的临床效果

Clinical effect of Huoxueliangxuehuayu method to assist treatment on kidney damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura

目的观察活血凉血化瘀法辅助治疗过敏性紫癜肾损害的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月-2018年11月重庆市江津区中医院收治的过敏性紫癜肾损害患儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采取双嘧达莫片治疗,观察组在此基础上加予活血凉血化瘀法治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效,症状体征消失时间,治疗前后外周血CD4+/CD8+、血清超氧化物歧化酶、β2-微球蛋白、微量白蛋白水平,以及并发症。结果观察组总有效率为96. 00%,高于对照组的76. 00%(χ2=8. 306,P <0. 01);观察组患儿症状体征消失时间均短于对照组(P <0. 01);治疗8周后,2组患儿外周血CD4+/CD8+、血清超氧化物歧化酶、β2-微球蛋白及微量白蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 01);观察组患儿并发症发生率为2. 00%(1/50),低于对照组的16. 00%(8/50)(χ2=5. 983,P <0. 05)。结论活血凉血化瘀法辅助治疗过敏性紫癜肾损害的效果较好,可加速症状消失,改善患儿肾功能及免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxueliangxuehuayu method to assist treatment on kidney damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods 100 children with kidney damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura admitted to Chongqing Jiangjin District Hospital of Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to November 2018 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group was treated with dipyridamole tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huoxueliangxuehuayu method. The clinical efficacy,time of disappearance of symptoms and signs,peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+,serum superoxide dismutase,β2-microglobulin and microalbumin levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group( 96. 00%) was higher than that of the control group( 76. 00%)( χ2=8. 306,P < 0. 01);The time of disappearance of symptoms and signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 01);After 8 weeks of treatment,peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+,serum superoxide dismutase,β2-microglobulin and microalbumin levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group were lower the control group( P < 0. 01);The incidence of complications in the observation group( 2. 00%,1/50) was lower than the control group( 16. 00%,8/50)( χ2= 5. 983,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Huoxueliangxuehuayu method has a good effect on assists treatment of kidney damage of Henoch-Schonlein purpura,it can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and improve the renal function and immune function of children.
