赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗转移性乳腺癌效果观察

Observation on the effect of herceptin combined with docetaxel in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer

目的观察赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床效果。方法抽取2017年8月-2019年8月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院肿瘤科收治的转移性乳腺癌患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受赫赛汀治疗,观察组接受赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为87. 50%,高于对照组的67. 50%(χ2=4. 588,P <0. 05);治疗12周后,2组患者生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P <0. 01);观察组不良反应发生率为12. 50%,低于对照组的40. 00%(χ2=7. 813,P <0. 01)。结论赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗转移性乳腺癌的效果较好,可有效改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的生活质量,在临床上具有应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of herceptin combined with docetaxel in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. Methods 80 patients with metastatic breast cancer admitted to the department of Oncology,Xinjiang Uiger Municipal People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group received herceptin treatment,the observation group received herceptin combined with docetaxel treatment. The clinical efficacy,quality of life score before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group( 87. 50%) was higher than that in the control group( 67. 50%)( χ~2= 4. 588,P < 0. 05);After treatment,the quality of life assessment scale( SF-36) scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 01);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group( 12. 50%) was lower than that in the control group( 40. 00%)( χ~2= 7. 813,P <0. 01). Conclusion Herceptin combined with docetaxel is effective in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects,and improve the quality of life of patients,it has clinical application value.
