表面处理对硬质合金钻头钻削性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 涂层硬质合金钻头是当今主流的孔加工刀具,高速切削要求其拥有更优异的表面质量以满足排屑需求。本文采用干喷砂法对钻头进行涂层前和涂层后表面处理,研究了4种不同表面处理方案对整体硬质合金钻头刃口钝化值、表面粗糙度及切削性能的影响。实验结果表明:涂层前和涂层后表面处理对涂层钻头刃口的钝化值影响较小,对涂层钻头的表面粗糙度影响显著。涂层前后均经过表面处理的钻头表面粗糙度显著低于涂层前或涂层后仅进行一次表面处理的钻头。切削实验结果显示,表面粗糙度越小的钻头,切削力越小,切削过程中越不容易产生积屑瘤,刀具耐磨损性能越好。 Coated carbide drills are the mainstream hole machining tools today, high-speed cutting requires better surface quality to meet the requirements of chip discharge performance. In this research, dry sandblasting was used to perform surface treatment before and after coating on the drill bit, the effects of four kinds of surface treatments on the passivation value, surface roughness and cutting performance of solid carbide drills were studied. The experimental results show that the surface treatment before and after coating has little effect on the passivation value of the cutting edge of the coated drill bit,and has a significant effect on the surface roughness of the coated drill bit. The surface roughness of the drill bit that has been surface-treated before and after the coating is significantly lower than that of the drill bit that is only surface-treated once before or after the coating. The cutting teste results show that the smaller the surface roughness of the drill, the smaller the cutting force,the less prone to build-up edge during the cutting process,the better the tool wear resistance.
