早产儿动脉导管未闭第1疗程治疗失败后营救治疗策略研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 早产儿血流动力学异常动脉导管未闭对血流动力学的影响显著,第1疗程治疗无论是选择药物治疗还是保守管理,均可能治疗失败或导管重新开放,需要第2、甚至第3疗程的营救治疗。营救治疗策略包括重复原药疗程、更换治疗药物、输注浓缩血小板、手术结扎和介入封堵等。本文就早产儿血流动力学异常动脉导管未闭第1疗程治疗失败后的营救治疗策略作一综述。
