摘要
Major depressive disease(MDD)is one of the most common mental disorders and a leading cause of disability[1].Core symptoms include depressed mood,increased apathy,and a general loss of interest.In consequence,it represents not only a personal hardship for the patients themselves,but also a major socio-economic burden for society as a whole.
