对新型冠状病毒感染的疾病进行ICD编码时,编码员首先确定该病例是否已通过病原体确诊。未确诊的疑似病例应按是否有肺炎表现进行不同的编码表达,同时附加Z03.800x001说明已排除新型冠状病毒肺炎;通过确诊的病例均应以U07.1作为主要编码,其后应对其他的临床诊断、临床表现及手术操作按照国际疾病分类原则进行编码,特别是针对重型或危重型患者进行的各项手术操作均应完整准确表达,其他特别情况可通过附加编码予以表达,确保诊疗信息的准确精细,为临床分析研究和国际交流提供可靠依据。
