北京某社区居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知与行为调查分析

Awareness and Practice of COVID-19 in Community Residents in Beijing

目的了解北京某社区居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知和应对行为的现状。方法采用便利取样,于2020年2月7日-2020年2月16日对704名居民进行了有关新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知和应对行为方面的横断面调查研究。结果98.87%的调查对象对疫情非常关注,100%的居民认为应减少不必要的外出,98.87%的居民认为应常开窗通风,94.89%的居民认为应均衡饮食、勤洗手,71.59%居民认为患病后可康复,51.14%的居民存在一些非理性行为,这部分居民更多的是参加此次疫情防控工作的居民(P=0.049)。62%的居民曾经历过传染性非典型肺炎管控,对新型冠状病毒肺炎的传播方式(P=0.013)和易感人群(P=0.002)方面更为了解、重视。结论社区居民对此次疫情有较高的关注,基本掌握疫情防控相关知识,部分居民存在非理性应对行为。社区管理人员应倡导正确合理的应对方式,纠正个人不良行为,同时积极分享社区内"曾经历过传染性非典型肺炎管控居民"对此次疫情的正性认知和应对经验,树立居民战胜此次疫情的信心决心。

Objective To investigate the awareness and practice of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in community residents in Beijing.Methods Totally 352 residents in one Beijing communities were surveyed between 2020-02-07 and 2020-02-16 using convenient sampling.Results 98.87%of the residents focused on COVID-19 epidemic in Beijing,all of residents agreed that unnecessary outdoor activities should be reduced,and the majority agreed that windows should be opened frequently for ventilation(98.87%),balanced diet,washed hands frequently(94.89%),71.59%of the residents believed they could recover from the disease,51.14%of the residents often measured temperature,most of these residents worked for the epidemic disease(P=0.049).Sixty-two percent people experienced SARS.People who had experienced severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)had a better awareness of the COVID-19,and understood the transmission of COVID-19(P=0.013)and the susceptible population(P=0.002)better.Conclusion The community residents have had the basic knowledge of the prevention of the disease,and paid close attention to the development of the epidemic,some of them had irrational behaviors and excessive temperature measurement.The managers of community should advocate right and reasonable coping methods,correct individual bad behavior,and actively share the positive cognition and coping experience of"residents who have experienced SARS control"in the community,inorder to build residents’confidence and determination to defeat COVID-19.
