15483例损伤与中毒出院病案回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of 15483 Cases of Injuries and Poisoning Discharged from Hospital

目的回顾性分析某院2018年1月1日-2019年12月31日损伤和中毒病例的外部原因,了解其发展规律,为防控损伤和中毒外因对健康造成的影响提供依据。方法采集某院2018年1月1日-2019年12月31日住院病案首页22480份,提取损伤和中毒15483例,综合运用EXCEL2010与SPSS17.0进行数据统计分析。结果损伤和中毒病例15483例,占同期出院总入数的68.87%。男女性别比3.07:1;以30岁~39岁发病率最高,占比22.07%。损伤中毒患者的职业分布,工人损伤9597人次,占比61.98%;其中6月-8月损伤中毒例数共计4396例,占比28.39%。损伤中毒的外部原因以砸伤、压伤、玻璃伤等机械事故位居首位,占比58.27%。结论对损伤和中毒出院病例中的性别、年龄、职业、时间、外部原因构成及顺位等方面进行回顾性分析,需要重点关注损伤中毒患者的发病年龄、职业,积极采取预防措施,降低损伤中毒发生率。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the external causes of injury and poisoning in a hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019,and to understand its development law,so as to provide a basis for preventing and controlling the health effects of injury and poisoning.Methods From January 1,2018 to December 31,2019,thefirst page of 22,480 medical records of a hospital were collected,and 15,483 cases of injury and poisoning were extracted.EXCEL2010 and SPSS17.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results There were 15483 cases of injury and poisoning,accounting for 68.87%of the total discharge during this period.The male-female sex ratio was 3.07:1.In terms of the incidence in each age group,the incidence rate was highest in 30-39 years old,accounting for 22.07%.Throughout the occupational distribution of injury poisoning patients,9,597 workers were injured,accounting for 61.98%.In the four seasons of a year,4396 cases of injury and poisoning occurred from June to August,accounting for 28.39%.Mechanical accidents such as smashing,crushing and glass were the most common external causes of injury and poisoning,accounting for 58.27%.Conclusion This study retrospectively analyzed the gender,age,occupation,time,external cause composition and sequence of discharged cases of injury and poisoning,it is necessary to focus on the main age and occupation of the onset of injury and poisoning,and actively take preventive measures to reduce the incidence of injury and poisoning.
