学生标准化病人情景模拟联合MOOC教学法在临床基本技能培训中的应用

Application of Student Standardized Patient Scenario Simulation and MOOC Combined Teaching Method in the Training of Basic Clinical Skills

目的评价联合学生标准化病人情景模拟及MOOC教学,在临床基本技能训练课程教学实践中的效果。方法选取某院2015级60名本科临床医学系学生,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名学生,于2019年9月1日-2019年11月31日分别采用传统教学模式和联合教学法进行培训,通过问卷调查及课程内容考核评价教学效果。结果试验组学生理论成绩(85.67±4.25)高于对照组(82.80±5.26),技能操作成绩试验组(87.57±6.00)高于对照组(82.83±4.40),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组学生在学习主动性、人文关怀意识等方面优于对照组,更认为该模式值得推广(χ2=15.009,P=0.002)。结论联合教学法可有效提高临床基本技能训练课程教学质量。

Objective To apply and evaluate the combined teaching mode of student standardized patient scenario simulation and MOOC in the training of basic clinical skills.Methods 60 students majoring in clinical medicine were randomly divided into control and experimental group,who adopted the traditional teaching mode and the combined teaching method respectively from September 1 st,2019 to November 31 st,2019,we evaluate the teaching effect through questionnaire survey and examination.Results The theoretical score of the students in the test group(85.67±4.25)was higher than that in the control group(82.80±5.26),and the score of skill operation ability in the test group(87.57±6.00)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.83±4.40)(P<0.05).Moreover,the students in the experimental group were better than the control group in learning initiative,humanistic care consciousness,and thought that this teaching method was worth popularizing(χ~2=15.009,P=0.002).Conclusions The combined teaching method can improve the teaching quality of clinical basic skills training courses.
