五年制高职在校护生人文关怀能力现状及影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的调查五年制高职在校护生的人文关怀能力现状,探讨其影响因素,为开展有针对性的教育提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表和人文关怀能力评价量表,对两所卫生高等职业技术学校1544名护生进行调查。结果五年制高职在校护生人文关怀能力量表总分为(131.50±11.34)分,得分率由高到低分别为耐心、理解和勇气;多元线性回归分析显示,五年制高职在校护生人文关怀能力的影响因素为对护理职业的喜欢程度、人文课程对认知的影响、对护患关系的理解及从事护理工作的意愿。结论五年制高职在校护生人文关怀能力处于中等水平,教育工作者应采取有针对性的培养措施,以期提高其人文关怀能力。 Objective To investigate the status quo of humanistic caring ability of five-year higher vocational nursing campus students,in order to provide the evidence for carrying out targeted education.Methods The randomly stratified sampling method was used to select 1,544 nursing campus students who came from two higher health vocational technology schools.The survey tools were normal information questionnaire and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).Results The total score of CAI was(131.50±11.34),the score rate from high to low was patience,comprehending and courage.The Multiple linear regression showed that the degree of liking for the nursing profession,the influencing of the humanities curriculum and the knowledge,the view at the realationship of nurses and patients,the willing of engaged in the nursing work were the main influencing factors.Conclusion The humanistic caring ability of five-year higher vocational nursing campus students is in the middle level.Nursing educators should take targeted training measures to improve their humanistic care ability.
