基于5M1E分析法的呼吸道传染病院内疫情防控现场管理研究

A study of on-site management of in-hospital prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases based on 5M1E analysis

目的探索应对呼吸道传染病的院内防控工作管理模式。方法采取5M1E分析法,即对人、机、料、法、环、测六要素分析,建立现场管理组织体系与问题反馈机制、全面落实5M1E六要素管理要求,包括加强重点岗位人员配置多渠道开展疫情防控知识培训,采购急需仪器设备做好性能维护,筹措防护物资实施科学管理,出台防控流程,细化护理工作制度,规范医疗环境减少病毒播散风险,监测疾病防控信息收集上报数据六方面工作,实现对疾病防控全过程全要素的有效管理。结果2018年1月至2020年6月,共收治腺病毒感染者120例、甲型H1N1流感患者210例,新型冠状病毒疑似患者6例,其中重症腺病毒患者3例,收治过程中无一例患者漏诊,未发生院内感染。结论基于5M1E分析法的现场管理模式能及时发现疾病防控中的问题,及时进行干预防控,控制传染源,切断传播途径,实现了患者零死亡、零漏诊、医务人员零感染。

Objective To explore the management mode of nosocomial prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods Take 5M1E analysis method,which analyzed factors of man,machine,material,method measurement,and environment,and establish the management organization system and the problem feedback mechanism.The 5M1E six management elements,included strengthening the staffing flexible organization as well as the training of infectious disease prevention knowledge,purchasing required equipment and having good maintenance of the performance,applying scientific management of protection supplies,introducing,prevention and control process,refining nursing system,standardize medical environment to reduce the risk of virus spread,monitoring information collected for disease control and prevention and reporting data,implement effective management of all elements in the whole process of disease prevention and control.Results From January 2018 to June 2020,a total of 120 cases of adenovirus infection,210 cases of Influenza A(H1N1)and 6 cases of Novel Coronavirus suspected patients were admitted,including 3 cases of severe adenovirus.None of the patients were missed diagnosis during admission and no nosocomial infection occurred.Conclusion The application of field management mode based on 5M1E analysis method can timely find problems in disease prevention and control,timely intervene in prevention and control work,control the source of infection,cut off the way of transmission,and achieve zero death of patients,zero missed diagnosis,and zero infection of medical staff.
