党建工作考核评价现状审视与未来展望——基于1990-2019年CNKI文献可视化分析和内容分析

Research of Party Construction Assessment:The Present Situation Inspects and the Future Prospect--Based on Visual Analysis and Content Analysis of CNKI Literature from 1990 to 2019

党建工作考核评价具有重要的现实意义。以知网CNKI有关党建工作考核评价的219篇文献为样本,采用可视化软件Citespace进行分析,生成了知识共现图谱,发现研究热点与党建工作形势密切相关。这种分析方法能够从宏观层面立体透视研究领域的特点和规律,但无法从微观而具体的角度呈现出当前学者的研究观点和具体研究内容,结合内容分析法剖析文献,发现现有研究呈现出时政化、实践化和多样化的研究特点;研究整体处于起步阶段,没有形成核心权威的研究机构群;将实践探索转化为理论成果的少;研究领域分布不均衡;对评价指标的研究缺乏权威性等。提出“互联网+党建评价”是提高党建工作评价效力的未来方向,中小学党建工作评价是急需加强研究的领域。

Assessment of Party construction has important practical significance.219 literature related to the assessment of Party construction of CNKI were taken as samples,and the visual analysis was carried out by citespace software to generate the map of knowledge co-occurrence,and it was found that research hotspots were closely related to the Party construction work situation.However,this kind of metrological analysis from a macro perspective is difficult to analyze the characteristics and laws of the current research situation.At the same time,the authors adopt the content analysis method to analyze the specific contents of the literature from the microscopic perspective,and finds that the existing research presents the characteristics of current politics,practice and diversification.However,the whole research is in the initial stage,and there is no group of research institutions with core authority.Few of them turn practical exploration into theoretical achievements,uneven distribution of research areas,the study of evaluation index lacks authority.It is suggested that"Internet+Party Construction Assessment"is the future direction to improve the effectiveness of Party building evaluation.The evaluation of Party construction in primary and secondary schools is an urgent research field to fill the gap.
