我国生物医药领域技术创新态势研究 被引量:24

The technological innovation in the biomedicine field in China

摘要 生物医药作为知识和研发密度最高的高新技术产业之一,被世界上许多国家誉为21世纪最具成长性和国际竞争力的新兴产业,是世界各国发展竞争的焦点。通过对我国生物医药领域2017—2019年的发明专利分析,从专利申请数量、专利申请人类型、目标市场、热点技术领域等方面揭示技术创新态势。研究结果显示,我国生物医药领域2017—2019年共有发明专利申请220 429组,全球占比超过1/2,技术创新活跃,技术开发热点聚焦于天然药物、药物制剂、生物技术、生物活性等,专利布局以国内市场为主;我国生物医药领域专利申请较为活跃的是企业和高校/研究所,专利申请数量排名前10位的均是高校,在技术创新中占据重要地位;广东和江苏两省技术开发在全国处于领先地位,两省企业的技术开发活跃,天然药物制剂研究即是两省的技术开发热点,也具有相对技术优势。本研究通过对我国生物医药领域2017—2019年的发明专利进行分析,揭示其技术创新态势,从情报学角度为我国生物医药领域的创新研发及战略规划等提供基于数据的决策支持。 Biomedicine is one of the high-tech industries with the most intensive knowledge and the highest R&D density,viewed as the most growing and internationally competitive emerging industry in the 21st century,and is also the competition focus all over the world.The trend of technological innovation was revealed in this article through the analysis of invention patents in the field of biomedicine in China from 2017 to 2019,from the number of patent applications,type of patent assignees,market layout,technological hotspots and other aspects.The research showed that there were 220 429 patent applications during 2017-2019 in the field of biomedicine in China,with the global share exceeding 1/2.The technological innovation was active,with the technological hotspots of natural products,pharmaceutical preparations,biotechnology,bioactivity,etc.,and the patent layout mainly focused on the domestic market.Companies and universities/research institutes were more active in patent assignees in the field of biomedicine.The top ten patent assignees were universities,occupying an important position in technological innovation.Guangdong and Jiangsu province were leading in technological development,and the technological development of enterprises in both provinces was active.Natural product preparations research was the hotspot for technology development in these two provinces,and also had relative technological advantages.This research analyzed the invention patents in the field of biomedicine in China from 2017 to 2019,and revealed the technological innovation trend,which provided data-based decision support for innovative research and development and strategic planning in the field of biomedicine from the perspective of information science.
