持续正压通气对先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎心功能不全患儿心肌细胞保护作用及疗效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨持续气道正压通气(CPAP)对先天性心脏病(CHD)合并重症肺炎心(SP)功能不全患儿心肌细胞保护作用及疗效的影响.方法选取我科82例CHD合并SP的心功能不全患儿随机分组,对照组41例予常规治疗,观察组41例增加CPAP治疗,对比治疗效果.结果两组患儿治疗前的EF值无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组EF值高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后EF值无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前后二尖瓣E峰与A峰比值(E/A)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组CK-MB、cTnI、BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论CPAP可保护CHD合并SP心功能不全患儿的心肌细胞,在一定程度上改善心功能.
