三种用药方式用于预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的效果分析

摘要 目的分析不同用药方式用于预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的效果.方法选择实施腹腔镜胆囊手术患者126例开展研究.将其分为三组,每组42例.1组应用右美托咪定、2组应用帕瑞昔布钠、3组应用右美托咪定联合帕瑞昔布钠.分析结果.结果和1组以及2组相比,3组患者调查区间内各个时间段内的VAS分数,明显更低,P<0.05.3组患者第一次使用镇痛剂时间明显比1、2组晚,P<0.05.3组患者的6h内曲马多使用量明显比1、2组少,P<0.05.和本组手术后10min相比,干预后三个小组的心率、平均动脉压有所改变,就改变程度而言,和1组以及2组相比,3组术后30min的心率以及平均动脉压更低,P<0.05.和1组以及2组术后60min相比,3组术后60min的心率以及平均动脉压更低,P<0.05.结论相较于单独应用帕瑞昔布钠、右美托咪定.联合应用两种药物在预防使用瑞芬太尼麻醉后患者术后痛觉过敏方面,能够取得满意疗效,不增加不良反应.
