新型可监测套囊压硅胶尿管在临床护理工作中的应用效果研究

目的评估新型可监测套囊压硅胶尿管在临床护理工作中的运用价值.方法纳入2019年1月~2019年12月期间于赣南医学院第一附属医院ICU住院超过48小时且留置尿管至少7天的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组采用新型可监测套囊压硅胶尿管,对照组采用一次性导尿包.比较两组患者的留置尿管7天内的导尿管护理相关时间、非计划拔管次数以及导尿管相关不适症状等级评分.结果采用新型导尿管的50例患者在留置尿管7天内,均未出现非计划拔管情况(χ2=4.167,P=0.041);平均7天维持护理总时间为(29.2±1.7)min,显著低于对照组(t=3.01,P=0.004).导尿管相关不适症状等级评分显著低于对照组(t=2.13,P=0.038).结论新型可监测套囊压硅胶尿管应用具有较好的临床操作性,节省尿管护理时间,减少非计划拔管情况和患者重置尿管的痛苦,有良好的临床推广运用价值.

Objective To evaluate the value of a new type of silicone catheter that can be monitored in clinical nursing work.Methods A total of 100 patients hospitalized in THE ICU of The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College Hospital for more than 48 hours from January to December 2019 and with indwser for at least 7 days were included as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted a new type of monitoring capsule pressure silicone catheter,the control group used a disposable ratheter.The catheter nursing related time,unplanned extubation times,and urinary catheter-related discomfort symptom rating were compared between the two groups within 7 days of indwelling catheter.Results Unplanned extubation occurred in 50 patients with the new type of catheter within 7 days of indwuration(χ2=4.167,P=O.041).The average total duration of 7-day maintenance nursing was(29.2±1.7)min,significantly lower than that of the control group(t=3.01,Z5=O.O04).The urinary catheter related discomfort symptom grade score was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.13,P=0.038).Conclusion The new type of silicone catheter with monitoring cuff pressure has good clinical operation,saves nursing time of catheter,reduces unplanned extubation and patients'pain of catheter replacement,and has good clinical application value.
