摆线转子径向等缝隙的轮廓构造及其轻量化设计 被引量:2

摘要 为实现转子泵轻量化目的,基于全摆线转子的全凸-凹共轭模式,先后从径向等缝隙摆线转子的新轮廓构造,逐步展开其轻量化设计所需要的容积系数、综合曲率半径、内泄漏、容积效率等相关公式的理论推导,最后实例优化与结果分析。结果表明:起始法角显著地正向改变转子无上限值的形状系数,同心半角对转子形状系数、泵容积系数的影响甚微,可取利于改善径向泄漏的相对大值;同心半角、转子形状系数、泵容积系数的相对大值和径向、共轭泄漏的相对小值,导致泵的容积效率更高;全凸凹共轭模式和径向等缝隙轮廓构造,能透过高形状系数和低泄漏,实现泵轻量化目的。为该转子的进一步研究提供理论基础。 A novel outline with equal radial gap was mathematically constructed for lightweight design of rotor vacuum pump,based on the fully convex and concave conjugated mode of cycloid rotor.The expressions of the key variables,including,but not limited to the volume utilization factor,comprehensive radius of curvature,internal leakage and volume efficiency,were rigorously derived.The optimized rotor vacuum pump,comprising the rotor with the self-developed outline,was specifically exemplified and analytically simulated.The simulated results show that when it comes to lightweight design,the new rotor outline significantly outperforms the conventional rotor outline.In addition,the advantages of the novel rotor outline over the conventional rotor outline were tentatively discussed with specific calculations.We suggest that the self-constructed rotor outline be of some theoretical and technological interest in lightweight design of rotor vacuum pump.
