摘要
基于太阳周期变化过程和兰贝特定律提出了关于纬度ψ、日期N、时间τ和管径D的四元油温压力计算模型。通过对地上密闭充油油品管道受热膨胀进行计算,得到了管道在日照时温度和压力实时变化过程。结果表明:油温和压力计算模型迭代过程易收敛;单位温升汽油压力增加约1.1 MPa,柴油压力增加约0.40 MPa;油温和压力与管道长度无关;对于未设置安全泄放设施的管道通过控制停输时间段可以避免管道油品膨胀超压。
Based on the process of solar cycle change and Lambert's law,a four element oil temperature and pressure calculation model is proposed about latitudeψ,date N,timeτand pipe diameter D.Based on the calculation of the thermal expansion of the pipeline,the real-time change process of the pipeline temperature and pressure in the sunshine is obtained.The results show that:the iterative process of oil temperature and pressure calculation model is easy to converge.The increase of gasoline pressure per unit temperature rise is about 1.1 MPa,and the increase of diesel pressure is about 0.40 MPa.The oil temperature and pressure are independent of the length of the pipeline.For the pipeline without safety relief facilities,the expansion overpressure of the pipeline oil can be avoided by controlling the shutdown period.
