基于数据挖掘的《外科正宗·痔疮主治方》用药规律分析

Analysis of the Medication Rule of Waike Zhengzong·Zhichuangzhuzhifang Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨《外科正宗·痔疮主治方》的组方用药规律及学术思想。方法:统计《外科正宗·痔疮主治方》中的方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件,对方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:收集到23首方剂,共涉及77味中药,使用频次较高的药物有11味,性味以辛、苦、寒为主,归经以脾经、肝经、心经、胃经、大肠经、肺经为主。演化得到药物核心组合6组,3首新处方。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件揭示了《外科正宗·痔疮主治方》用药规律,治法多以清热燥湿、行气活血、解毒生肌、兼顾调和脾胃为主,体现了陈实功论治痔疮的学术思想,为临床治疗提供一定的依据。

Objective:To discuss the medication rule of prescriptions and academic thoughts of the treatment for Hemorrhoids in Waike Zhengzong·Zhichuangzhuzhifang.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of Hemorrhoids in Waike Zhengzong·Zhichuangzhuzhifang were collected.The medication rule of prescriptions was analyzed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5 software.Results:A total of 23 prescriptions were collected,including 77 Chinese drugs,11 of which were used frequently.Their main flavors were Xin,bitter and cold,then main channel tropism were spleen,liver,heart,stomach,large intestine and lung meridian.6 core combinations and 3 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusions:The rules of prescriptions for hemorrhoids are revealed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5 software.The rule of treatment is mainly based on Qingrezaoshi,Huoqixingxue,Jiedushengji and Tiaohepiwei.It reflects academic thoughts of Chen Shigong on treating hemorrhoids,which may provide reference for the further clinical treatment.
