抗胃溃疡中药实验研究进展

Experimental Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicines Against Gastric Ulcer

通过调研近年来中医药治疗胃溃疡相关研究资料,系统梳理胃溃疡动物模型、中医药治疗胃溃疡的实验研究进展。中医药在中医辨证指导下治疗胃溃疡具有独特优势和广阔应用前景。目前中医药的胃溃疡研究仍以实验性胃溃疡动物模型为主,缺少中医药特点;病证结合模型评价体系不完善,研究深度不够,机制间缺少相互作用联系。本文对胃溃疡中医药治疗研究进展进行综述,以期为胃溃疡的临床治疗及药物开发提供参考。

This article reviewed the research literature of Traditional Chinese medicine treating gastric ulcer in recent years,we systematically studied gastric ulcer animal models and experimental studies of TCM treating gastric ulcer.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation,TCM has unique advantages and wide application prospects in the treatment of gastric ulcer.At present,the research of TCM on gastric ulcer is still based on traditional animal models,but which lacked the characteristics of TCM.The evaluation system of the animal model which combined the etiology with the syndrome is imperfect,and the further study on the interaction between mechanisms is needed.This article reviewed the research progress of TCM in the treatment of gastric ulcer,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment and drug development of gastric ulcer.
