齿痛消炎灵颗粒联合甲硝唑治疗根尖周炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with metronidazole in treatment of periapical periodontitis

目的探讨齿痛消炎灵颗粒联合甲硝唑片治疗根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2019年7月在白银市第三人民医院口腔科就诊的80例根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组口服甲硝唑片,0.4 g/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水冲服齿痛消炎灵颗粒,20 g/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的牙周指标、炎症因子水平和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的附着丧失(AL)、探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的AL、PD、菌斑指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组炎症因子降低的更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齿痛消炎灵颗粒联合甲硝唑片可提高根尖周炎的临床疗效,降低牙周症状和疼痛程度,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Metronidazole Tablets in treatment of periapical periodontitis.Methods Patients(80 cases)with periapical periodontitis in Baiyin Third People's Hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Metronidazole Tablets,0.4 g/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules on the basis of the control group,20 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and periodontal index,inflammatory factor level,and VAS score in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the AL,PD,and plaque index of two groups were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the AL,PD,and plaque index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and PGE2 of two groups were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Metronidazole Tablets have clinical curative effect in treatment of periapical periodontitis,and can decrease periodontal symptoms and pain,reduce inflammation.
