摘要
目的肺康复的重要性逐渐受到重视与关注,本研究探讨智能终端对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者肺康复的影响。方法选取2016-10-01-2017-05-31本院就诊且符合纳入与排除标准的78例COPD患者,分为干预组39例,对照组39例,干预组给予常规健康教育和智能终端干预,对照组接受常规健康教育,于干预结束后采用COPD自我效能量表(COPD self-efficacy scale,CSES)和六分钟步行试验(six-minute walk test,6MWT)进行测评。结果干预后,干预组CSES得分为(99.40±16.37)分,高于对照组的(83.54±12.38)分,差异有统计学意义,t=-2.608,P=0.015;干预组6MWT为(461.1±55.4)m,大于对照组的(434.2±65.1)m,差异有统计学意义,t=-2.780,P=0.007。结论智能终端对稳定期COPD患者的自我管理具有积极影响,在一定程度上可以提高患者运动依从性,提高运动耐力,对肺康复产生积极作用。
OBJECTIVE The importance of lung rehabilitation has gradually been paid attention and attention.This study explored the impact of intelligent terminals on lung rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.METHODS A total of 78 patients with COPD who were admitted to our hospital from October 1,2016 to May 31,2017 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected and divided into intervention group 39 cases and control group 39 cases.The control group received routine health education and was evaluated using the COPD self-efficacy scale(CSES)and the six-minute walk test(6MWT)after the intervention.RESULTS After intervention,the CSES score of the intervention group was(99.40±16.37),which was higher than that of the control group(83.54±12.38).The difference was statistically significant,t=-2.608,P=0.015.The 6MWT of the intervention group was(461.1±55.4)m,which is larger than(434.2±65.1)m of the control group,the difference is statistically significant,t=-2.780,P=0.007.CONCLUSION The intelligent terminal has a positive impact on the self-management of COPD patients in stable phase,which can improve the patient’s exercise compliance,exercise endurance,and have apositive effect on lung rehabilitation.
