何时终止妊娠是处理妊娠并发症和合并症时面临的常见问题。过早终止妊娠可能导致不必要的早产,而过晚终止妊娠又可能增加母儿风险,甚至发生孕妇或胎儿死亡。规范终止妊娠时机有助于改善妊娠结局、提高产科质量、减少医疗纠纷。中华医学会围产医学分会和中华医学会妇产科学分会产科学组组织全国专家讨论并制定了适合中国国情的"妊娠并发症和合并症终止妊娠时机的专家共识"。本共识重点关注需要终止妊娠的常见疾病,包括母亲、胎儿、胎盘、脐带、羊水和子宫各个环节。本共识的制定参考了各国最新的指南和临床研究,并通过3轮德尔菲法专家意见调查及多次讨论。

The timing of delivery is a common dilemma when the problem in pregnancy arises.Early delivery may be associated with prematurity-related morbidities.However,allowing pregnancy to continue can result in even worse outcomes or maternal and fetal deaths.Society of Perinatal Medicine,Chinese Medical Association,and the Obstetric Subgroup,Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Chinese Medical Association organized an expert committee to examine the risks and benefits of early delivery versus pregnancy in each specific situation.Clinical evidence,practice guidelines from other countries,and Chinese researches and experiences were all reviewed and discussed through three rounds of surveys using Delphi techniques and several face-to-face meetings.The optimal timing of delivery for various complicated pregnancies was determined by expert consensus.
