摘要
目的分析门诊健康教育对乳腺癌患者认知水平和心理状态的影响,改善患者生活质量。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月中山大学附属第五医院收治的100例乳腺癌患者,随机分为两组,每组50例患者。对照组患者给予门诊常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予健康教育。比较两组患者的疾病认知率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)评分。结果研究组患者疾病认知率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、GSES评分、FACT-B评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、GSES评分、FACT-B评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与干预前比较,两组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均显著降低(均P<0.05),GSES评分、FACT-B评分均显著升高(均P<0.05)。结论给予乳腺癌患者门诊健康教育可显著减轻其内心消极情绪,提高疾病认知度,增强患者自我效能感,改善生活质量,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of outpatient health education on cognitive level and mental status of patients with breast cancer,improve quality of life. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,one hundred breast cancer patients treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University were selected and randomly divided into two groups,fifty patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine outpatient care,the patients in study group were given health education based on routine outpatient care.The cognitive rates of breast cancer,Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores,Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores,General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) scores,and FACT-B scores in the two groups were compared. Results The cognitive rate of breast cancer in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P< 0. 05). Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS score,SDS score,GSES score,and FACT-B score between the two groups (P> 0. 05). After intervention,there were statistically significant difference in SAS score,SDS score,GSES score,and FACT-B score between the two groups (P<0. 05). Compared with before intervention,SAS score and SDS score after intervention in the two groups decreased significantly (P< 0. 05),GSES score and FACT-B score after intervention in the two groups increased significantly (P<0. 05). Conclusion Outpatient health education can significantly relieve negative feelings of breast cancer patients,improve cognitive rate,enhance self-efficacy,and improve quality of life,the clinical application value is high.
