摘要
目的构建临床营养专科护士核心能力评价指标,为临床营养专科护士的培养和评价提供参考依据.方法通过参考国内外文献及研究小组讨论拟订临床营养专科护士核心能力评价指标初稿,2019年7月—8月采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮咨询,完成指标筛选与修改、确定指标权重.结果最终形成的临床营养专科护士核心能力评价指标,包括一级指标5项(临床营养专业能力、职业人文特质、指导与协作能力、领导与管理能力、专业发展能力),二级指标14项,三级指标72项.2轮专家咨询的有效应答率均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.934,第2轮咨询一、二、三级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.602、0.558、0.347(均P<0.001).结论构建的临床营养专科护士核心能力评价指标科学合理、内容全面、针对性强,可为临床营养专科护士的培养与评价提供参考依据.
Objective To establish an evaluation index system of core competence for clinical nutrition specialist nurses.Methods The first draft of the evaluation index system of core competence for clinical nutrition specialist nurses was prepared by referring to domestic and foreign literature and research group discussions.18 experts were consulted with 2 rounds of Delphi consultations to complete the screening and modification of indicators and to determine the weights.Results The evaluation index system of core competence for clinical nutrition specialist nurses was formed,including 5 first-level indicators(clinical nutrition professional ability,leadership and management ability,professional humanistic traits,guidance and collaboration ability,professional development ability),14 second-level indicators,and 72 third-level indicators.The effective response rates of 2 rounds of expert consultations were both 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were both 0.910.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first,second and third level indicators in the second round were 0.602,0.558,0.347(P<0.001).Conclusion The evaluation index system of core competence of clinical nutrition specialist nurses is scientific,reasonable,comprehensive and targeted,which can provide references for the training and evaluation of clinical nutrition specialist nurses.
