Application of pharmacogenomics in precision medicine of schizophrenia

摘要 精神分裂症的临床治疗以抗精神病药全程治疗为主,遗传因素显著影响药物疗效和不良反应的个体差异。随着分子遗传学研究进展,药物遗传学在精神分裂症精准医疗中将发挥日益重要的作用。 The clinical treatment of schizophrenia is based on the long-term treatment of antipsychotics,and genetic factors significantly affect the individual differences in therapeutic efficacy and side effects.With the progress of molecular genetics,pharmacogenomics may play an increasingly important role in precision medicine for schizophrenia.
