Introduction of the Canadian Guidelines for the Treatment of Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders in Children and Youth

精神分裂症是影响儿童青少年发育最严重和最持久的精神障碍之一。18岁以前出现精神病症状的精神分裂症称为早发精神分裂症(early-onset schizophrenia,EOS)。目前,与EOS相关的系统研究和指南并不多。2017年加拿大精神医学协会(Canadian Psychiatric Association,CPA)发表了针对儿童青少年精神分裂症的药物以及心理治疗指南。该指南代表了儿童青少年精神分裂症治疗领域的新观点与新进展,我们在此将指南中主要的推荐和建议介绍给国内同行。

Schizophrenia is one of the most serious and persistent mental disorders affecting children and adolescents.Early-onset schizophrenia(EOS)is a kind of schizophrenic disease onset before the age of 18.Currently,there are few systematic studies and guidelines related to EOS.In 2017,the Canadian Psychiatric Association(CPA)published the pharmacological treatment and psychosocial treatment guidelines for children and adolescents with schizophrenia.This guide represents new ideas and recent progress in the field of treatment in children and youth with schizophrenia.We hereby introduce the main recommendations and suggestions in the guide to our domestic counterparts.
