王霞芳教授诊治小儿耳病顽疾从整体观出发,崇尚李东垣《脾胃论》,灵活运用气机理论,遵清气宜升、浊阴宜降之旨,在益气升清运脾的同时从下焦分利湿浊之邪,上下分治,使邪有出路,则气机畅通,浊降清升,顽固性耳病终获痊愈。附案例2则,以资验证。

Professor WANG Xiafang diagnoses and treats obstinate pediatrics otopathy from holistic concept and qi activity theory,advocates LI Dongyuan’s Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,flexibly applies qi activity theory,and abides by the purpose of lucid qi to ascend and turbid yin to descend, thus replenishing qi and ascending lucidity as well as activating spleen,meanwhile,clearing away pathogenic factor of damp turbidity through lower energizer,and treating the upper and lower separately,whereby the pathogen has a way out,and qi activity is unobstructed,descending turbidity and ascending lucidity,and the obstinate otopathy will be cured.Two cases are attached for verification.
