2010~2019年沈阳市风疹流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of rubella,Shenyang city,2010-2019

目的了解沈阳市风疹的流行病学特征,为制定风疹预防控制策略提供依据。方法收集中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统的监测结果,采用描述流行病学方法对沈阳市风疹疫情资料进行分析。结果2010~2019年沈阳市累计报告风疹9777例;年报告发病率最高为55.34/10万,最低为0.00/10万,年平均发病率12.43/10万。发病高峰为4~6月(7481例)。年平均发病率居前3位的地区为和平区(167.78/10万)、大东区(162.67/10万)和铁西区(150.18/10万)。报告发病率男性高于女性(P<0.01);发病人群以学生(5157例)、家务家政(1720例)和幼托儿童(691例)为主,占全部报告病例的77.41%;年龄分布以15~24岁为主(5440例),占报告病例的55.64%;风疹暴发疫情主要集中在学校(15起)。结论2010~2019年沈阳市风疹疫情呈下降趋势,发病年龄出现后移。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Shenyang city during 2010-2019,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies.Methods The surveillance results of Chinese Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System were collected,and the rubella epidemic data in Shenyang city were analyzed using descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 9777 rubella cases were reported during 2010-2019 in Shenyang city;the annually average incidence was 12.43/10~5.The incidence ranged from 0 to 55.34/10~5.The incidence peaked in April-June(7481 cases).The regions with the top 3 annual average incidence rates were Heping district(167.78/10~5),Dadong district(162.67/10~5)and Tiexi district(1.518/10~5).The reported incidence was higher in males than in females(P<0.01);students(5157 cases),domestic or household(1720 cases)and preschool children(691 cases)were the main patients,accounting for 77.41%of all reported cases.The age distribution was mainly from 15 to 24 years old(5440 cases),accounting for 55.64%of the reported cases.The outbreak of rubella was mainly in schools(15 cases).Conclusion The reported incidence of rubella decreased from 2010 to 2019 in Shenyang city,and the age of onset moved to older-age-group.
