Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease in children

结缔组织性疾病是一组免疫介导的炎症性疾病,其包含多种疾病。肺常成为结缔组织性疾病的首发侵犯器官。间质性肺病是其中最常见且严重的类型。早期的诊断和治疗对于改善预后至关重要。该文就近期国内外对于儿童结缔组织性疾病相关间质性肺病的发病机制、分型、临床表现、诊断方法和治疗进行了综述。

There is a wide spectrum of rheumatic diseases which manifest in children's connective tissue disease(CTD).Lung involvement is common within the spectrum of CTD.And interstitial lung disease(ILD)is among the most serious complications.The early diagnosis and treatment is vital to improve the prognosis.In this article,the mechanisms,subtypes,clinical manifestations and management of children's CTDILD are reviewed.
