摘要 研学旅行是新加坡全人教育的重要路径,是探究学习的重要载体,是学生发展过程中无法复制的宝贵经验。经过二十年的发展,新加坡在推进中小学研学旅行教育方面积累了丰富的经验,实践上通过强化研学旅行顶层设计、纳入国家课程实践逻辑、建立多形式研学旅行实践和标准化研学旅行实践流程等方式逐步实现。为了促进研学旅行教育活动的稳步实施,新加坡建立了政府审查结合行业准则的安全保障、国家与社会联动学校和家庭的经费保障、多方合作开发的课程资源保障、教育观念改造的社会舆论保障等多方位的保障体系,系统稳步地推动中小学研学旅行实践向前发展。 In Singapore,the Field Trip is an important path for holistic education,an important carrier of inquiry-based learning in the educational context,and also a valuable experience for the student that cannot be replicated.After 20 years of development,Singapore has accumulated abundant experience in promoting Field Trip in primary and secondary schools.In practice,Singapore has strengthened the top-level design of policy support,incorporated Field Trip in the national curriculum system,Established multi-form practice and standardized procedures,etc.To promote the steady implementation of this activity in schools,Singapore has also creatively built up a government review system and combined with industry standards to guarantee security,collaborative support from the state,society,school and family to ensure funds input,multi-party cooperation in developing curriculum resources,transform educational philosophy to gain support from the public,etc.Undoubtedly,these measures systematically push forward the development of the Field Trip practice in primary and secondary schools in Singapore.
