珠海市大学生参与HIV检测情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of HIV testing and associated factors among college students in Zhuhai

目的了解珠海市大学生艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测情况及影响因素,为促进该人群HIV检测提供依据。方法选取珠海市6所大学和高等职业专科学校,采用多阶段整群抽样法,对珠海市大学和高等职业专科学校学生进行匿名调查,调查其既往进行HIV检测的情况及相关影响因素。结果共调查12235名学生,其HIV检测率为3.66%(448名),在医院检测占80.8%(362人)。多因素Logistic分析显示,近1年使用过毒品[比值比(OR)=2.52,95%可信区间(CI):1.40~4.54]、发生过性行为(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.50~2.35)、知晓艾滋病知识(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.05~1.77)和月均可支配费用>4000元(OR=1.87,95%CI:1.31~2.67)是珠海市青年学生HIV检测的促进因素;女性参与HIV检测的可能性低于男性(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.26~0.39);性向为同性恋(OR=4.72,95%CI:2.91~7.69)、双性恋(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.08~2.26)和不确定(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.01~2.12)的青年学生参与HIV检测的可能性高于异性恋者。结论珠海市有感染HIV危险行为的学生HIV检测率处于较低水平。应加强警示性教育,提高学生风险意识,扩大HIV检测的覆盖面。

Objective To study the HIV testing and associated factors among college students in Zhuhai in order to provide evidence for promoting HIV detection among them.Methods A multi-stage cluster sampling method was applied to recruit college students and an anonymous questionnaire survey was administrated to collect information on HIV testing and associated factors.Results A total of 448(3.7%)students reported to have a history of HIV testing among 12235 students from 6 colleges in Zhuhai.80.8%received HIV testing in hospitals.The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that the students with drug use over the past year(OR=2.52,95%CI:1.40-4.54),experiences in sexual behavior(OR=1.88,95%CI:1.50-2.35),awareness of AIDS related knowledge(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.05-1.77)and average monthly disposable expenses>RMB 4000(OR=1.87,95%CI:1.31-2.67)were more likely to receive HIV testing.Females were less likely to have HIV testing than males(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.26-0.39).Young students whose sexual orientation was homosexual(OR=4.72,95%CI:2.91-7.69),bisexual(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.08-2.26)and uncertain(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.01-2.12)were more likely to have HIV testing than those who were heterosexual.Conclusion The proportion of HIV testing among college students in Zhuhai is relatively low.AIDS related health education should be strengthened to improve the risk awareness of college students and ultimately to expand the HIV testing coverage.
