Gamification design of AIDS educational software based on IBM theory

摘要 目的设计一款艾滋病游戏化教育软件,用于青少年艾滋病预防教育和艾滋病病毒感染者治疗教育。方法本设计以信息—动机—行为理论为指导,采用德尔菲专家咨询法,对心理学、艾滋病防治、游戏设计、普通人、艾滋病病毒感染者等多领域专家咨询、访谈,确定游戏框架、游戏机制、教育内容。结果形成《艾斗士·健康保卫战》艾滋病教育游戏软件,包括游戏模块、答题模块和知识角三个模块,其中游戏模块有7个关卡,涉及艾滋病影响的主要人体器官、系统,每个关卡内含该器官、系统艾滋病预防与控制的专业知识和相关行为。结论《艾斗士·健康保卫战》教育软件为艾滋病教育提供了一种游戏化的教育模式,有利于大规模、便利、有效的开展艾滋病教育,游戏质量及应用效果有待进一步检验。 Objective To develop a gamified educational software of AIDS prevention education for adolescents and antiviral treatment education for people living with HIV.Methods We used the information-motivation-behavior(IMB)theory and adopted delphi method to interview with the healthy people,people living with HIV,and experts in psychology,AIDS prevention and control,so as to determine the game framework,contents,and education.Results AIDS education game software named the"AIDS Fighter·Health Defense"was developed with the data management function,including game module,answer module and knowledge module,among which the game module had 7 levels,involving the main human organs and systems affected by AIDS,and each level containing expertise in AIDS prevention and control in the organ and system.Conclusion"AIDS Fighter·Health Defense"educational software provides an interactive,immersive,modern,and informatized educational model for AIDS education,which is conducive to large-scale,convenient and effective AIDS education.The quality of the game and its effects need to be tested further.
