新形势下医院运营管理信息化(HRP)体系的构建

Construction of hospital operation and management information system under the new situation

医保支付制度改革颠覆了医院运营管理模式,标志着医院从收入时代进入了成本时代。本文认为,在新形势下,应赋予医院运营管理信息化(HRP)新的内涵和目标,医院运营管理信息化需要从"一体化、流程化、规范化"阶段向"移动化、精准化、智能化、柔性化"阶段变革。在传统人财物资源管理的基础上,医院应以DRG管理融合临床和运营体系,以员工能力为核心构建人力绩效管理体系,以大数据智能分析辅助运营管理决策,最终实现医院运营管理的信息化变革。

In combination with the current refined management reform and the ever-changing information technology widely implemented by hospitals,the author believes that under the new situation,HRP should be endowed with new connotation and new goals,and it is necessary to move from the stage of"integration,process and standardization"to the stage of"mobility,precision,intelligence and flexibility".HRP systems need to make employee ability as the core to build human performance management system,use accurate intelligent efficient supply chain management to service clinical,use big data intelligent analysis to assist operation management decisions.
