基于PMC mix drive的铝合金自由成形单面焊工艺研究

摘要 使用最新的Fronius TPS 400i焊机,采用PMC mix drive焊接技术和ER5183焊丝对5 mm厚5A06铝合金进行堆焊试验,研究了该焊接技术特有的三个工艺参数:PMC mix高电流时间修正、低能量周期、低能量调节对焊缝成形的影响;同时对5 mm厚5A06铝合金进行了自由成形单面焊工艺探索。试验发现送丝速度9.6 m·min-1,焊接速度56 cm·min-1,PMC mix高电流时间修正为3,低能量周期调节为7,低能量调节为0时,可以获得正反面无缺陷、成形优良的焊缝。 The latest Fronius TPS 400 i welding machine was used to carry out the surfacing test of 5 mm thick 5A06 aluminum alloy by PMC mix drive welding technology and ER5183 welding wire. The influence of three unique process parameters of the welding technology: PMC mix high current time correction, low energy cycle, low energy regulation on the weld formation were studied. At the same time, the 5 mm thick 5A06 aluminum alloy free forming single-sided welding process was explored. It is found that while the wire feed speed is 9.6 m·min-1, the welding speed is 56 cm·min-1, the PMC mix high current time correction is 3, the low energy cycle is adjusted to 7, low energy regulation is adjusted to 0, the weld with no defects on the front and back sides and excellent forming can be obtained.
