摘要 采用等离子喷涂法在45钢基体上制备添加三元稀土氧化物的Ti-Al/WC金属陶瓷复合涂层,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析三元稀土氧化物对涂层组织及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:添加三元稀土氧化物,能明显细化组织,提高熔滴的流动性,使得涂层的致密性更好;促进涂层元素渗透到基体,增大涂层与基体间的结合力,减少表面裂纹的生成,改善涂层的力学性能;自润滑性良好,降低了摩擦系数。该涂层表现出了更加优良的性能。 Ti-Al/WC cermet composite coatings with ternary rare earth oxides were prepared on 45 steel substrate by plasma spraying method. The effects of ternary rare earth oxides on the microstructure and tribological properties of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry. The results show that under the synergistic action of ternary rare earth oxides, the microstructure can be refined obviously, the fluidity of droplets can be improved, and the compactness of the coating can be improved. It promotes the penetration of coating elements into the substrate, increases the adhesion between coating and substrate, reduces the formation of surface cracks, and improves the mechanical properties of the coating. The self lubrication is good, the friction coefficient reduces, and the coating exhibits better performance.
